Christmas holiday shipping information:

To ensure you receive your products prior to Christmas, please place your order prior to the 09th December.

Holiday dispatch information:

  • Orders placed between 23rd December - 28th December will be dispatched on 29th December 2021. 
  • Orders placed between 29th December 2021 - 05th January 2022 will be dispatched on 06th January 2022.

New Zealand shipping information

  • Items are shipped from our warehouse in Tauranga unless otherwise stated on the product page
  • All orders will be delivered within 3-5 days.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above NZ$49.
  • Otherwise shipping is NZ$9 per order.

    Tax, duty and customs charges

    Good news. There are no tax, duty or customs charges for any of our New Zealand orders. Phew!

    Returns policy

    If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund within 60-days. Your item will need to be unused, in new condition with the tags still attached. If you wish to return your item, please follow the steps below:

    • Contact us to let us know you’d like to return your item
    • We will then issue you with a return number and New Zealand return delivery address
    • When you ship the item, please note the return number on the box
    • Please also include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package

    After receiving and approving your return, we'll issue a full refund via the method you originally paid with. This will exclude any shipping costs we incurred on your original order.

    Order changes and cancellations

    Please contact us immediately if any changes are needed for your order, including a cancellation. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, customers will need to refer to our returns policy.
